Leon Oranskiy has spent 29 years in real estate. He began his career at age 22 as an agent in Northridge, California, and in 2002 joined Pinnacle Estate Properties, a busy local brokerage of more than 1,000 agents. Over the next 17 years he became one of the firm's top producers, closing over 500 transactions and more than $300 million in sales volume, guiding buyers, sellers, and investors through every kind of deal and market cycle.

That nearly three decades on the transaction side gave Leon something most mortgage brokers don't have: a deep, first-hand understanding of what borrowers and investors actually need to get a deal done. He saw again and again how traditional financing failed self-employed clients and real estate investors whose tax returns didn't tell their full story, and he set out to fix it. In 2020 he founded LendingPlace to bring those borrowers real options.



Today, LendingPlace is a fast-growing mortgage brokerage giving clients access to over 30 of the nation's leading wholesale lenders, with highly competitive rates and creative financing for self-employed professionals and real estate investors. Leon's approach reflects his roots: treat every client like family, structure the loan to meet the client's specific situation and needs, and stay with them from application to closing.
